We recommend using a natural leather protector and avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain. If your bag gets wet, wipe it with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return a personalized or embossed item?
Unfortunately, products that have been personalized with our embossing service cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty.
What is your return policy for standard items?
You can return unused, non-personalized items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bags come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
