We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke or embossed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing fault.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective packaging is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our workshop.
